Description: Mapa de tierras de Colombia: El estado de las áreas en Colombia se representa gráficamente en el Mapa de Tierras, el cual es actualizado continuamente. En él se muestran las áreas que se encuentran en Exploración, Evaluación y Explotación y las áreas disponibles para la celebración de Contratos en las diferentes cuencas sedimentarias del país. Áreas en Exploración (Bloques de color amarillo): son aquellos sobre los cuales se realizan trabajos de exploración, incluye los contratos directos de ECP, los de asociación con ECP y los firmados con la ANH. Áreas en Evaluación Técnica (Bloques de color azul): son aquellos sobre los cuales se realizan trabajos de evaluacion asignados por la ANH. Áreas en Explotación (Bloques de color rojo): son aquellas en los cuales se adelantan labores de explotación de hidrocarburos.Áreas en Evaluación (Bloques color salmón): aquellas en las cuales se ha decidido llevar a cabo un programa de evaluación destinado a establecer comercialidad. Áreas Disponibles (Bloques de color gris): aquellas que no han sido objeto de asignación, de manera que sobre ellas no existe contrato vigente ni se ha adjudicado propuesta; las que han sido ofrecidas por la ANH en desarrollo de procedimientos de selección en competencia o excepcionalmente directa, y sobre las cuales no se recibieron propuestas o no fueron asignadas; las que sean total o parcialmente devueltas por terminación del correspondiente contrato o en razón de devoluciones parciales de áreas objeto de contratos en ejecución, así como las que pueden ser objeto de asignación exclusivamente para la evaluación técnica, la exploración y la explotación de yacimientos no convencionales, cuando el Contratista no dispone de habilitación para el efecto. Áreas Reservadas(Bloques de achurado naranja): las que la ANH delimite y califique como tales por razones de política energética, de seguridad nacional o de orden público; por sus características geológicas, ambientales, sociales o por haber realizado estudios en ellas y disponer consiguientemente de información exploratoria valiosa sobre las mismas o tener proyectado emprender directamente tales estudios.
